Executive Coaching

Maxcine started Audmax with the intention of helping individuals and organizations achieve their vision of success. Since then: 

  • Over 250 internationally trained professionals have been coached towards obtaining their Canadian, American or British credentials
  • Over 1500 persons have furthered their careers by obtaining [paid] seats on oversight boards and committees and attained careers instead of jobs
  • over 300 non-profit organization leaders have enhanced their organization’s capacity to serve

New Horizons Seniors

For many years, the federal government has turned to Maxcine and her network of professionals to deliver programs engaging seniors, helping them understand the technological and social imperatives to participate as citizens, and live their lives. The New Horizons Seniors program is an annually funded initiative by the federal government, for which Maxcine and Audmax have been regular recipients thereof. 

Nutmeg Transitional Housing

Nuturing Understandings towards Mutual Engagement, NUTMEG has a new framework and approach to use of power that society has placed in governments and authorities. Starting with a new DEI-centred approach to transitional housing and the post-incarceration efforts of rehabilitation as a whole.

The NUTMEG housing at its core, involves each aspect of the community: public, social, economic towards a common goal of empowering the community’s capacity to rehabilitate its neighbours who have  gone astray
